Aeroflot has cancelled some of its scheduled international flights through August 31.
The adjustments to the international flight schedule have been made in view of COVID-19-related travel restrictions in destination countries.
Aeroflot will not operate flights to the following destinations until August 31: Aktau, Aktobe, Alicante, Almaty, Amsterdam, Atyrau, Athens, Baku, Bangkok, Barcelona, Beirut, Berlin, Bishkek, Bologna, Brussels, Budapest, Burgas, Bucharest, Chisinau, Copenhagen, Delhi, Dresden, Dublin, Dusseldorf, Frankfurt, Guangzhou, Hamburg, Hanoi, Hanover, Havana, Helsinki, Heraklion, Ho Chi Minh City, Hong Kong, Karaganda, Kostanay, Kyzylorda, Larnaca, Lisbon, Los Angeles, Ljubljana, Lyon, Madrid, Malaga, Marseille, Miami, Milan, Munich, Naples, New York, Nice, Noor Sultan, Oslo, Osh, Palma de Mallorca, Paris, Phuket, Prague, Riga, Rimini, Rome, Samarkand, Shanghai, Shymkent, Sofia, Split, Stockholm, Stuttgart, Tallinn, Tashkent, Tel Aviv, Tenerife, Thessaloniki, Tokyo, Ulaanbaatar, Valencia, Venice, Verona, Vienna,Vilnius, Warsaw, Washington, Yerevan, Zagreb, Zurich.
Passengers who purchased tickets for these destinations after May 1, 2020, via the website or through the airline’s call centre will automatically receive a refund.
Passengers who purchased tickets at Aeroflot sales offices or via agents should contact the original point of sale.
Passengers who purchased ticketsbefore May 1, 2020, for travel before August 31 can apply for vouchers. Further information about vouchers and refund rules, as per Russian Government decree no. 991 dated of the government of the Russian Federation No. 991 of 06.07.2020, can be found on the company website.
